Instructions

(1) Accord with JB/T10665-2006 in transformer requirement, applicable to single phase meter or three-phase electronic electric energy meter in the power frequency voltage of 50(60) Hz. 

(2) Power frequency voltage withstand test between first winding and second winding. Second winding is grounding, between first winding and second winding add with AC3KV, the leakage current is set to 1mA, no breakdown in continuing 1min. 

(3) Winding insulation resistance requirements: In 500V DC voltage, first and second winding insulation resistance is not less than 1GΩ. 

(4) Load power test: Under rated load, impact after half of period by 30Imax current, transformer is still intact. While returning to rated current work, transformer error do not exceed the specified error limit of 1.3times.After demagnetizing, transformer satisfy the accuracy rating requirements 

(5) Temperature rise limit: In accordance with the provisions of GB/T17215temperature rise influence, at an ambient temperature of 40° C, in the Imax current transformer casing surface temperature does not exceed 25K.

(6) Pulse voltage value in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17215 electrical test requirements: First winding and second winding can bear 6kV positive, negative impulse voltage of 10 times; minimum interval between pulse voltage is 3S.
